“I created Mindfulness-Based Financial Wellness partly in response to experiences in my own financial life and from efforts to explore and learn how to be more wise and effective with money.
“The skillful pairing of mindfulness and the dimensions of financial wellness continue to be central to my own life, a necessary aspect of my personal development and a pragmatic and practical approach to the challenges and requirements of my personal finance process and broader financial life. Mindfulness-Based Financial Wellness has been fundamental to my ongoing journey, freeing and empowering me to live with greater heart, wisdom and ease. And as always, it happens one mindful moment at a time.”
