The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Financial Wellness program is a skillful pairing of mindfulness-based practices and the tenets of financial wellness which orients one toward self-care, health and well-being. MBFW is both a personal and professional learning opportunity. Please join us in this innovative yet practical approach to the realities of money, personal finance and financial life.
Includes class instruction, homes practice supports including guided meditation practices, worksheets and educational materials.

MBFW is a positive and affirming program conducted within a safe and engaging environment. The program necessitates an ongoing personal commitment. As a participant, you will be requested to attend all classes, including the one-day weekend retreat and to practice home assignments for 45 to 60 minutes each day.

**Cancellation Policy: Please note, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $75.00 service fee up to 14 days prior to the program start. If cancellation occurs within less than 14 days, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
